It depends on how many accounts your trying to use

Just one - chrome is OK

Many - then adspower or similar is ok :)

Adapower makes it a lot smoother then along with a proxy

if you have multiple accounts, i suggest using antidetect browsers. just like you mentioned adspower, multilogin, or dolphin anty are good. they have free plan(except multilgoin i guess), you can have a try.

Unless something has changed, it's been widely discussed that anti detect browsers are a no no
