Question about adding new bank account
 

So ive got an account running with no holds all singing and dancing and ive been receiving money no problem

Im now having issues with the actual bank account (Pockit). They dont have no customer service numbers and just use a Robot to answer every query under the sun. They have these stupid limits. So i want to switch banks

so, My question is

1: When i succesfully add a new account, will it reset to having payment release holds e.g 1 month, 1 week , upload tracking etc

2: What non high street UK bank is recommended at moment

if turnover is low , any high street bank will do and replacing bank will not make problems unless you do not have a valid mobile which has been on file for several months or more

if turnover is large you need to wait until you withdrew everything , then drive down volume , replace bank

only after bank has been confirmed , probably micros will be required , you drive up volume

holds are unlikely to change if it is a high street bank which is used and not a bank replacement with no banking licence

can i also ask....what about the notion of what some have been saying on this forum that when the macros come back, sometimes your real name shows?

same as on paypal and everywhere else

The best banks for that are Barclays, Lloyds, I recommend those two banks.

Do t know about UK specifically, but for U.S. accounts, payout is put on pause for 48 hours after changing payout method.

when money goes out of the account to eb [if it happens], true name is shown on the e-receipt - just the way banks keep clear on their end for sending money
