Why are you guys talking about SSN?
You will only be asked for the last 4 digits of your SSN on eBay USA
but yeah you may be asked for the full SSN later

I still use the stealth guide when making a buyer account.

you never know when you decide to sell on it and I don't wanna burn an address

But you create the account and browse eBay for 1 week or 10 days and then you enter the address or you create the account, enter the address and browse.

I browse and bid before turning it into a seller account
