Message ebay users through email? How?
 

Is there a way I can initiate ebay messages with a buyer through email? I know if they have already contacted me I can reply, but is there a way I can initiate the communication? ebay seems to use an encrypted/ unique code for users before @ rather than their username, is there a way to find this so I can initiate?

I have to send delivery details to buyers on the day of delivery and if i can do so without having to log in its much easier to do so from the mobile. I usually sent them a message after purchase prompting to reply and this solves it. But not all buyers are so compliant and then i have to use the laptop on the day of delivery(that is where my ebay accounts are logged in)

POINT TO NOTE. IM NOT TRYING TO DIRECTLY EMAIL THEM, I'M TRYING TO SEND THEM AN EBAY MESSAGE STARTING FROM EMAIL.

With the API I think you may have some problems, in general it is always somewhat complicated to do.
but I recommend you log into your account and write to them from your account

Might seem an obvious suggestion and I might be missing something but what is stopping you logging into your ebay account on your phone rather than trying to scrape email addresses from your account.

Is tracking info not automatically emailed to buyers when you upload it on ebay UK?
