What's the situation now? too easy to create one? or too hard?
I still want to buy some cause i cannot create myself sucessfully, always receive reactive message and then suspended soon after creation.

You can the idea is to have documents or numbers of real documents and if you need physical ones that are very good

I think there was a time immigrants become disenchanted with life in USA and return back to their home country,so their SSN and IDs are being used by others.

language barrier,customs /culture ,education level,discrimination,also their home countries have become ,eg,India,China,Mexico,they can do better going back home.
India has medical tourism,Indian doctors who are familiar with US patients and their illness do well going home and practise such.
There is a lot of discrimination towards minority and foreign doctors in this country.
