Auctiva Feedback settings not working
 

It has been reported that the Auctiva feedback settings are not working with ebay. Auctiva have just finished a site update and all should be working. Here is my transcript with auctiva.

Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having.

This seems to be a temporary glitch with the servers and we are aware of this issue. Our engineers are looking into it and that should be resolved soon but there is no ETA at this moment.

N.B. The customer service from Auctiva is the best I have ever experienced. A got a reply within 4 minutes. The funny thing is that they do this EVERYTIME.

Yup it wasn't working for almost a week. Seems to be fine now.

Yes I posted in chatbox, but not all user have access to chatbox, so I thought it was worth doing a thread to clear it up.
