False sense of security
 

Had my new accounts going for a few months now, I have bought on one no problem and listed an item on one. Not had any sales yet though. But I didn't really go 'full stealth'. I thought I would just change a few things and see how that went. Just changed my email, bank and address and they haven't had issues yet. This is on my PC.

But when I try open accounts on my phone I get insta banned before doing anything at all. I use icloud private relay on my phone, which seems to help evade fingerprinting, so thought if anything I would expect to make accs on my phone easily not the pc!

Just thought it was interesting. I'm guessing if and when I do eventually make a sale that can cause a ban as they will do further checks on the account?

Im no business or dropshipper just want a casual acc to sell odd thing or two.

Really, if it's okay to just have it on the PC, I think you should leave it on the PC.
If it is not an option to leave it alone on the PC, take the risk, maybe nothing will happen.

Is this a new mobile device or have you had accounts on this before that have been restricted?

So neither the PC or mobile device are new, both were used before with the banned account. I do have a lot of chrome extensions for adblocking etc maybe they are doing something to change fingerprint. I also often don't have my chrome window full screen. Also emails from ebay go into my junk folder and I don't open them.

Yes I will definatley keep on PC, i just feel like ebay are lulling me into a false sense of security and I will be banned any minute.
