Can payoneer be used on US ebay accounts?

If so is it recommended?

What are the pros and cons?

Hello friend, it is not possible, eBay does not accept it, only Payoneer is accepted for Latin American accounts ---

Saying that it only works for Latino accounts.

Payonner works for lots and lots of other countries as well

Yep for EU, UK and US it's the bank account generated and added not directly payoneer to ebay link like in a lot of countries
