why would Ebay want to call you?
The last time it did was 23 years ago,back then this is how they find out about shill bidding,ebayers who bid on their own auctions using a different ID

Find a friend and have him receive messages for you. or pay a person to do it, it is a good option

I have a Tracfone,you can get one in supermarket but you have to pay for it and the monthly fee.
