Petition to go back to micro deposits!
Honestly sick to death of this new method of sending 1p and withdrawing it out of the account 6 to 8 days later.Yes i understand the old method was susceptible to fraud as any account could get the two deposits.
But this new method seems so backwards and long, ive even done the verification and the red banner has gone off, however, the pay outs are still not happening.had an email say 48 hrs later, pay outs will happen after verification.This is the 5th day now!!!
An advisor said, discard the 48hr thing, it could take up to 6 to 8 days for the 1p to go in and out and full verification but i know its not going to go out. so that will 6 to 8 days plus a new red banner when it doesnt go out, so another potential 48hrs to readd my bank account, then itll fail, so another redd to trigger the bank statement upload, which will then take another 5 days minimum to be manually verified.
so a potential total of 2 weeks to get bank acc properly sorted out.WHAT A JOKE!!
if there was only a way of logging into trustly and making the system not see the real details.SIGH |
