eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Account Listing Limit Increase

Surely, some of you guys have gotten limit increases on your listing capacity lately. I have two accounts that got increases. One was increased to 5 million and the other was 10 million. Is this a glitch? That seems like an astronomical number to increase.

Those large limits are really useless.
but what is clear is that after that you will have a suspension

I had one or two a day for a week hit a million....spooky
