I just tried to link new citi bank account from payoneer and it works great!

Depends how you open the account but ID is a definite as is verifying a bank account.

Selfie (including live selfie) can also be requested but as I said it depends on how you set it up.

In general you only need a bank account number,
The first thing they ask for is:
bank account statement..
If it is not enough, you will ask for a DL or passport.
after being the case a selfie

That isnt my experience at all.

They will ask for ID on all accounts. They can also verify bank with micro-deposits

it is pointless , ebay regularly block such bank accounts , at some point they will just take it out just like they did on many others before

That's a very broad statement...

Payoneer has been working again for nearly half a year now.

accounts will finally be suspended, I already tried around 10 accounts with payoneer CIti banks.

half a year means nothing , MP started in 2020 and in 2022 they mass blocked payoneer and many others too

the main issue with payoneer is that it is massively abused so that a ban is unavoidable in the near future

fun fact: 2022 ebay restricted everyone using payoneer and others but later they reinstated everyone who replaced through a high street bank but those who did not replace still remain restricted to this day

High Street banks are always better. There is 0 deny that.

For now and I expect the foreseeable future given the deep tied ebay and payonner have with each other payonner works. But names must always match

some said NO,Ebay wants a bank statement from Citibank,not Payoneer/Citibank.
This makes me wonder if your so called Citibank is really Payoneer Citibank,they just keep track of yours as a subaccount,only known to Payoneer.
If you call Citibank abd give yiour Payoneer/Citibank account,can they find that account?
Can you go to Citibank website and find your bank account?

Yes but they can’t return the micro deposits back cause payoneer banks designed for receive money only

Payoneer City Bank can be added to eBay US but your eBay ACC will suspend soon!

For several months now, my Payoneer issues only Luxembourg bank accounts - Banking Circle. No Citibanks no more. However, maybe it depends on the Payoneer account itself and where the account owner is from. This Banking Circle account can be added in eBay store, it does not ask for a verification, however at some point (for me it was 1.5 years after adding it) eBay requested a bank verification with a bank statement. I am still in the process of resolving this issue.

Just tried today. tried to link payoneer citibank to US ebay. It said 'we do not support this bank'. Anyone please advise?

old thread , people adding payoneer to their accounts have already been suspended or were forced to replace them
