Been using Payoneer's Citibank receiving account in Ebay for more than 3 years now. Now, probably because of increased sales, eBay wants me to provide them a bank statement. Will highly appreciate if someone has gone through this process. Of course I will THANK about this

Has a citibank account for 3 years but can't provide statement.
it is payoneer , the most decisive question is the country of ebay account registration and whether the request from ebay for bank statement came through red banner where it can be uploaded or through an email giving a link where to upload it

It is mine, but issued through Payoneer's Receiving Acoounts system. So, all the information matches my ebay account - bank number; full name; address; zip code, however, they do not accept the Payoneer's statement.

Is it really yours?
IF SO,then Citibank should have record of your account, can you go to its site and type in your account given to you by Payoneer?
Can you call its customer service and speak to a rep giving your account number?

agree about calling up csr and asking for either statement or even online access to statements
You do not have a Citibank account,Payoneer does and you are just a subaccount under its CItibank account,as far as Citibank is concerns,it only knows Payoneer as a customer.
if you dont beleive me,go to its website and type in your account number and see if it exists?
