The 0.01 deposit and withdrawl by ebay
 

I am adding a bank to ebay and sometimes they will deposit 0.01 to the account and withdrawl it. The name on the bank account does not match the ebay account name. Would the mini deposit cause any problem? I know the bank can receive mismatched name no problem.

The bank will receive the the amount however as ebay now take it back this then shows the name on the account - which is why they have changed their process therefore it now needs to match unfortunately.

This is good fraud prevention,anyone who hacks your seller account could not just add his bank account and steal your sales proceeds.

Not working even if it is in the US
account suspended immediately after the take out the 0.01

I haven't had any issues with bank and the micro deposits...

what was the suspension message?

you add a name mismatched bank account to ebay and it literally says that it s making a 0.01 deposit and withdrawl and you pass without any problem?

it s not the random amount micro deposit for verification. It s the 0.01 deposit

The name of the bank account you are adding to your stealth account,does it belong to someone who has been suspended?
I am asking because Ebay said you are not safe for Ebay community,so there could be other reason why it shut down your account.

what are your other steps for account creation/management . example; IP, phone, etc

everything has been fine until I added the bank

just by adding the bank is not going to harm the Ebay community,it must be the bank account leads them to some new findings about your account they are not aware of in the past

must be a 'tripwre' or attached flag that gets raised when the bank acct is added
