Payouts for suspended accounts

Hello, I recently got my account suspended and was wandering how long do I have to wait until I receive my payout? I sell in the US, and heard its around 60 days. Is this true currently or did they change any rules?

Anything from 30 to 90 days. Usually it's 60. It does come down to what has been sold a lot of the time though and why the account was limited

I received MC011. Have about 1200$ on hold, now i have to proove delivery and invoices (dont have invoices). Do I need to wait official Suspension mail or it is counting from MC011 date?

You need to provide what they have asked for

If it passes great. If it doesnt and it fails then the timer starts

If its just sat pending documents the funds wont get released.
