Cant register New eBay acc - Payoneer reg no Bosnia?

Hello mates.

I am trying to register New Stealth eBay acc, finally 2 friends agreed to give me their Personal info (IDs and everything) but...

When i go to register Payoneer account (Bosnia and Hercegovina) I cant find Bosnia and Hercegovina in drop down menu when i need to choose country and address wtf?

My brother have Payoneer already, he registered 2 years ago (Bosnian also), I have Bosnian Payoneer also.

Is Payoneer done with Bosnia? Registrations are No longer available?

It was a BUG. I contacted their support and they fixed it!
