VCC/CC on Stealth Account | need some advice.
 

Hello fellow sellers.

I am trying to make 2 Stealth eBay accounts.

Finally my 2 friends agreed to give me their details (ID Card, IBAN, Bank Statement & Utility bill ass proof of address).

I have created Payoneer on their name and the Payoneer account is approved.

Now I need to proceed to make eBay accounts on their name.
Since i don't have experience with this what bothers me is:

eBay will ask for Credit Card for selling costs. They didnt give me their Credit Cards (that would be too much). What to add there?

Can I buy some VCCs and add them, should it be okay? Also When you are buying VCC can you buy it to be on name that you want (in this case names of my friend)?

I hope someone will give me guidance.

You should be able to use VCC for the account - the name of the card is not important since it should register to the name on the account. When you register the VCC on the VCC website (if you have to), you should use address of the ebay account

I really don't get you, you said the name on the card is not important but you say it should register to the name on the account?

Then it is important to be Same name on the VCC and Same name on the eBay acc?

Sorry if not clear - when you add the VCC to your eb account, the name you use on the VCC should be the name of the ebay registration

Okay. Now is all clear, your previous post was confusing.

One more question, If I use VCC will eBay ban me?

Also do sellers here on forum offer VCC with custom name?

Some BINs of VCC are known to cause issues with eb so not all VCCs are 100% useable on ebay.

You should reach out to sellers in marketplace section and ask

I'm sure there are UK VCC sellers in the marketplace to help you

No, my eBay accounts are from Bosnia. I am looking for VCCs that can be good with Bosnia.

I have send you PM SaiJin for VCCs, please read it, I need to Buy.

Please help since i need to create eBay acc in Bosnia and Hercegovina.

What happens is the confusion, when eBay asks you to enter the VCC after adding Payonner

There you can add the VCC with the name of the owner of the VCC

That is, if eBay asks you:
("Here you enter the card details as is")
First name - last name
Card number - date
Code -

The only thing that should be considered is the address!

So what you saying is that VCC should match the address that is on the Bay? If I understand correctly?

The name of the VCC is irrelevant - you just put it into eb under the name of the eb account.

Address should match that on eb - you are understanding correctly.

The seller of the VCCs from the forum told me following:


USA eBay accounts - VCC must match address of the ebay acc (ZIP code, street address)

EU eBay accounts - dont need to match

What do you think about that?

I think that all of them, all of them must match the address, no matter the name.

For USA -ZIP CODE and street number .and status like if it has expired or report stolen or exceed spending limit
The data base they use to verify does not contain name of the cardholder.
It can also decipher what kind of card,whether it is debit or credit,whether it is MC.VISA/Discover,Amex and the name of the issuer like bank,credit union,etc.
I am sure it can also tell if it is physical or virtual

Did you solve this problem? I have the same problem. And there are only solutions for the USA and the United Kingdom. I have not found any solutions for other countries.

No i did not find the solution. Did you tried UK VCC?
