they have exceptions for certain countries like UK and germany accounts where they are tolerant towards USA as location but with third world countries this is considered high risk

I called a bank yesterday just to close my damn credit card,and since my phone would not accept its sms,the verification expert comes online and asked me a bunch of stupid questions before they will close the account,i mean close not applying a new account.

There is not much difference between accounts with no sales history and accounts that are not well established. I think it is possible to sell within certain limits in a well established account. I think the situation I experienced was a small mistake, but I may have gotten confused by thinking too much. 😂
