ebay and identity verification

Hi ! Does ebay remember ID documents? I managed to pass the verification of an account with my identity on ebay.fr. (although this ID was used for a restricted account at the time). I would therefore like to create a 2nd account using the same identity document, what do you think?

I think the wisest thing would be to fully optimize the sales on this first account, at the same time, just get positive reviews on the 2nd account then leave it inactive until my 1st account is restricted.

Speaking at least from USA, no they do not. If you got restricted and are required to send those docs, sure somewhere within the system its still probably there, however they have no technology where if you send the same information on one account, it can trace back to the older account. The only way is if they knew about your older account and specifically looked into your old SR #. If they were looking that deep into your account, it's already likely a forgone conclusion you're suspended for good.

I have reused my ID multiple times and its passed on different accounts. That is working off an restriction. Sometimes the same ID has passed while bank statements fail, and vice versa.
