eBay regularly evaluates the accounts of eBay seller. In relation to your account, we have noticed that your account performance and activities may cause a risk to eBay community. To protect the eBay community, we have applied the following restrictions to your eBay account in accordance with the eBay user agreement and eBay policies:
(a) Your selling privileges are restricted. Consequently, you will neither be able to create new listings nor revise your existing listings on any eBay site; and (b) Your payments have been placed on hold.
Restriction reason: High risk selling.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Is this forever? Anyone know how to deal with it? CS told me to contact them after one month maybe to appeal.

You have proof where you get it from? Supplements are high risk. You're way off better with your own website selling this.

Specifics oe not, those health supplements are a tough on health of eb accounts. You may need to submit certification and other proof of quality assessment

I also got my mail account suspended due to owed money to ebay so the one I mentioned above is also under my names. I also did 130% scale for a month so I assume this also could be the reason?

130% scale up might place a part or you just got caught with the health product high risk
