you can use other EU countries , the problem is not in LU but in the swift encoded in the IBAN , the system sees it is payoneer and they do not like payoneer at all
First I chatted with an agent, and he told me that the account had a permanent suspension, and that I could never sell on eBay again. After a few hours I called and a girl lifted the suspension. INCREDIBLE.

This shows the power of getting the right agent - amazing news...congrats
Just go ahead and change the bank on the account.
From what I understand both eBay accounts use the same bank account?
If so, do it one by one.
First verify one account (wait for microdeposits or send statement if they give you that option)
After a few days do the same on your second account.
Nothing to be scared of.
Just dont do it at once on both accounts, else if they both get verification via microdeposits, you'll have a hard time choosing which ones are for which account
Am I right in assuming the person's name on the bank account does not have to match the name of the ebay account? It is just that people report that ebay will withdraw the microdeposits in a few days and I am wondering if they can then see the name of the bank account owner.
i feel for ebay, as there are alot of creative minds out here, who just know how to beat the system.I'm pretty sure they have a few of their techs on here reading through and implementing changes.I dont disclose too much for this reasons.
they dont do micro deposits, they do penny test 1p in .... 1p out....pass this and ur good to go!
1p in 1p out did not work for me for some reason, so I got an email from ebay, offering to either do 2 microdeposits or upload a bank statement. So, there's that...
