Your listing activity has been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay Community, as well as allow us to confirm some information including your identity and your current business practices.

We understand that this process may seem confusing, please allow us to explain a little more. We’re committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on the site. To maintain a safe marketplace we sometimes end active items, restrict selling activity, or suspend accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained. These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your account’s activity, but rather a preventative measure.

We would be happy to review your account and if possible, adjust your selling restriction to allow additional activity to take place.

In order for us to review your account we ask that you please upload the following information:

- A readable copy of your driver's license, front *and* back, or other government-issued ID.
- A copy of a recent credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill. Your name and billing address should be visible, and consistent with the information registered to your eBay account.
- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacturer invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

-- Items that we need documentation for:
CSA/ Electronics

-- Important --
- Make sure that your name and User ID appear on each document that you submit. If this information is not included, it cannot be processed.
- Be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

They didnt specify what invoice they need in my listings. I only have 3 electronics listed. 482 pieces of airtag dog collar holder, 10 hair eraser and 4 apple airpods 2nd gen. The airtag holder I sold 18 pieces, the hair eraser I havent sold any and the 4 airpods were all sold to 1 customer. I have email receipt on airpods from bestbuy but only for 2 pieces as the other 2 pieces were deleted on my another email. I bought the airtag holder and hair remover on alibaba.com. Is it safe to send the invoice coming from alibaba or should I just send invoice from bestbuy on just the apple airpods 2nd gen? Thank you.

I wouldn't risk invoices from alibaba. Anything apple related is tricky however...bestbuy is your best option here but even then, you may not be reinstated

For the BBY items, can you go to BBY site and look up your account and find the orders?
or just make another copy of the one you have?
As for Alibaba, you should have no problem as you did purchase the items, like Ebay said it wants to see unit price/quantity = total with your name etc, also include how you paid for them.
What it is looking for is that you may not have the items on hand and would use buyer money to buy ,which is retail arbitrage.
DID You really buy 482 pieces of dogtag holder?

What does bby means? Yes, I did buy the 482 pieces of dogtag holder on alibaba.com.

I already send the invoice for alibaba. Should I still send the invoice for the bestbuy? The order for that has been delivered already to the customer.

yes, they want to know you have the merchandise on hand when you sold the item, not if it is delivered or not.
I still think you need to reduce quantity of the dog tag to under 50 ,use multiple accounts to sell them

I will reduce it once I got reinstated. I cant revise any listings right now. Thank you

I am sure there are some rare circumstances where someone did use receipts from Aliexpress, Taobao, or Amazon but generally speaking that is an automatic suspension if you do.

The highest success rate for passing is the receipts must be directly from the brand owner, or a well known 3rd party retailer everybody knows. It really doesn't matter if you had honest intentions or not, whether you bought them from Alibaba and there are no trademarks or not, all that matters is what eBay actually wants to see. Because if they don't see it, extremely high probability you'll be suspended.

Hopefully you do - there is always the chance that even by supplying everything eb wants, your account may remain suspended
