USA eBay Seller Account - asking for ID for all?
Are you guys experiencing USA eBay accounts requesting ID Selfie + Bank statement requests when making seller accounts for all of your recent accounts being created? |

never had any issues, but made only 5 accounts as i was busy with upcoming stocks for the holidays |

| no they dont hold money till 3 month's they just holds 14-21 days as far as i know about it |

I just open a seller account,Ebay did not ask for selfie and bank statement,but I do have to complete name,address,birthdate etc and I also add a bank account,and listed one item |

It literally states in the little box on the bottom: "If you wish to not provide biometric data, you can also provide a bank statement. |

| thats interesting,when i open a seller account yesterday,ALL i DID IS fill in the DOB,NAME,SS etc,AND it is approved,later I verify with 9 digit of my SSN.
I dont recall seeing the biometic data or bank statement request?? |

| Was this a former buyer's account? Former buyer accounts are not receiving this request; it's brand new eBay accounts that are attempting to sell an item that are getting this request |
