Payoneer acc Blocked for no reason!? Advise
 

Hello fellow sellers.

I made Payoneer account under my Friends name (he agreed to give me everything) before 1.5 months. Real info, real address, ID, Selfie verification, Bank...

(Payoneer is created on New Andorid phone + New Sim Data)

I had no activity on it. Today I went to connect it with eBay to create seller acc and I find our that my Payoneer is closed. They sent me following email;

"We regret to inform you that we have closed your Payoneer account and deactivated any Payoneer cards you may have. Unfortunately, you can no longer receive or make payments with Payoneer.

For further information, please take the following steps:

• Go to Legal Agreements and select your location.
• Click on Payoneer Services Terms & Conditions.
• Click on Termination and Suspension.
Please note, we will not be able to reactivate your Payoneer account.
We will also not be able to reply to any queries you send to our Customer Care Department.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

The Payoneer Team"

Funniest thing is that I cannot contact them, after I go to Help center it requests me to Log in, but I cannot log in since my account is closed.


Second thing: My other Payoneer account also got blocked (REAL DETAILS - Second Friend) - New Mobile Phone + New Sim Data.

Third thing: 2 Of my Stealth Payoneer also got blocked this week (they were on proxy)

WTF is going on with Payoneer?

I dont care about my Stealth Payoneers, but I care about 2 Payoneer accounts that were opened on my Friends name.

Guys please can you advise? I did nothing, just created accounts, verified them and thats it
Never done any transactions, never Violated any policy..

Does Payoneer know it is your phone and not your friend's phone?

That means:

I create Buyer account and I transform it to the seller acc straight away?

I thought this is not good way...??

Blasko, is it possible that your friends are creating other multiple Payoneer accounts that you don't know of and are being linked and so, blocked?

you should open ebay and payoneer as addition to ebay , opening payoneer and doing nothing for weeks and months could be sufficient for suspension

nowadays many such companies just close new accounts so showing activity would be of advantage

1 Payoneer was closed after 33 days, real identity, real everything.
I have read that they close account after 6 months of inactivity..

Over what timeframe did the 4 accounts get shutdown?

Were you accessing those accounts from the same device?

No.

I have 4 Android phones, New Sim cards + Internet Data, different sim numbers...

I have read on Reddit, many of the accounts gets closed in last few weeks, People are freaking out...

Edit: timeframe 1.5 months. 2 of them were real identity, Selfie verification and so on...
2 of them were stealth..

Other users are complaining about agent. I am not saying I am right, but he is spamming on the thread where I am looking for help. Also spamming other members...
