Buyers address is freight forwarder - Help needed.
 

Hello mates.

I had one sale today and the buyer's address is freight forwarder address.
To be specific: 8298 NW 21St, Doral FL

This is address of freight forwarder company. The Buyer's real location is Dominican Republic.

I already had 2 buyers before this that was using the same address/company and each time it was problem for me.

I dont want to get the same problem 3rd time.

My question is: Can I contact the Support and tell them that Buyer is using freight forwarder and explain them that I previously had problem with same address, and ask them Can I Cancel the order without Defect?

I would really love to cancel this order because I dont want problems/scams.

The problems that I had before with this same address and scams are irrelevant, so please dont ask about it. I am just looking for solution.

I automatically cancel these scammers' orders and choose 'problem with buyer's address', and block them using ebay's buyer block form. Been scammed too many times by these worthless pieces of garbage, I don't have time to mess with their crap anymore. If that goes against my ebay quota, oh well.

When you choose "Problem with buyers address" you avoid defect?

Also one more question: Is Buyer able to leave negative Feedback after cancelation with "Problem with a buyers address"?

You can go to Ebay seller forum and ask,plenty of sellers would respond

I have just contacted eBay support they told me following (C/P):

I think It is possible scam. What if he leaves negative feedback as item not as described, or any negative feedback, Will it be removed?

Yes, we will remove it. Since this address is not covered, nor buyer will able to file any return claim.


So basically eBay got my back. If Buyer go with any claim I am covered, also in case of any negative Feedback it would be deleted.

I hope this guy from support is not lying lol

I would agree with automasters here - it seems like the eb conversation went well but that's a lot of potential nonsense work if sale goes bad

UPDATE:

Even support told me that eBay got my back i decided to contact the Buyer and I told him that he is using Freight Forwarder Company and that he will not be covered by eBay Money Back guarantee.
He agreed to Cancel the order.

Everything went well without defect :)
