Item I bought was returned to sender. What happens now?
 

Bought an expensive item (PS5) and - unbeknownst to me - the seller required a signature. As I was not home to sign for it, the item was returned to sender.
With that said, what happens now? On my Orders page, it says Delivered.. even though it was not delivered to me, but rather his original address. So wouldn’t an INR case be decided against me since eBay shows “delivered” and that’s all they track?

How do you guys advise I get my money back here? Even though he has good reviews, you never know what you’re gonna get on eBay, so I just want to make sure I put myself in the best possible position to win this case and get my money back.. what should I do?

I would contact the seller first ,if you still want the item,ask him to ship again.

agent is right - contact the seller - he has good reviews so perhaps he will comply and reship or refund the money if he can't - you might have to deal with shipping fees...possibly

Why not just contact the seller and have him reship?

You should offer to pay shipping,as it is not his fault.

delivered?
did you check the tracking,it could be delivered back to the seller,not you.
if it is delivered to your address but not signed for,Ebay would need to see signature confirmation before the seller can win the case,if the order exceeds a certain amount,is it $400??
