INR/BBE Enforcement, Grace Period Over Philippines seller .com
 

Bascially a legit account, aprox. 8-9 years and due to slow shipping out of my control. Shipped items within 24hours, but U.S. is the main market and going to the USPS and their issues.

BBE is the same as DSR's for the last couple months they went higher then acceptable, and customers just want their stuff, but unfortunately bending over backwards, issueing refunds and losing items and funds to no avail it seems they're enforcing higher then average INR and high BBE's.

Just wanted to say thanks and pass this on to the forum. Alot of good in/outs here and I've learned over the years from here. (2nd ID)

Most famous quote here "just a matter of time before your punished" Legit or otherwise.

So just thought to pass this on to discect and improve. I'm an Expat living here and just thought to offer if anyone needs any info on the PH system just send me a message due to this forum has saved my AXX many times! Minus the riffraff.

How long does it usually take to ship a package from PhilipInes to USA?
Does it have to clear US customs?

Everything coming out of the country has to clear customes, just fyi.

Shipping from overseas will depend on size of package and method of shipping selected.

this problem can be solved by using USA fulfillment

usa customers are ready to wait a few weeks and then they will file claims

You mean finding a company in USA which stocks merchandise he sells and let them handle the fullfillment?
There are 2 companies which stock Chinese goods in California ,you list the items from China and they ship for your from CA.

there are many such companies , the point is that they can receive items in bulk and then they would be sent with usual US tracking

this would eliminate most complaints and additionally there is the bonus of US tracking which is verified by the ebay system and even if someone file a non received dispute the tracking would provide protection

But.
these companies charge a fee for fullfilling your order
if you can find them,,someone else have already,take a look on EBAY ,how many sellers are selling those items
also we dont know what he sells,may be too unique for these companies willing to stock them.

Ok,I just reread your post,they do not stock any merchandise ,they just received your shipments and then reship for you with USPS tracking.
That would work,but will cost you,
But his problem sounds like the route from Philpines to USA.

fee is correct but you consider:

a) no need to pay high postage to the US as all items can be sent in bulk by UPS for example which saves a lot of postage

b) no losses for non receipt anymore

c) no bad performance warnings anymore as long as all items go out within 1-2 working days

d) in case of account review or restrictions there is proof that items were sent out

Usually about 3 weeks.
Yep has to clear customs thus the CNN form.

Yes it does it's a fact, my problem was for ENVELOPES I put CNN on back of envelopes, packages right next to address. Can't see it, rejects it.

So your right not a clear customs form. I send everything registered mail which has a tracking number.

Due to it being international buyers are given estimates and well USPS automated system CNN on back of envelopes so refused, but yes US buyers do wait within reason, unfortunately when refused, sent back to origin, to be auto shipped back by carrier thus my issue.

Selling old banknotes fit in envelopes are the ones with issues, some merchandise but CNN is right next to address so no issues.

Well the route is direct it's the USPS customs, basically the CNN is taped to the back of envelopes, for some reason it's not seen due to automation? AI, and gets refused for lack of CNN which is actually on the back. Packages have the CNN taped right by the address (seen) no issues.

But yes I've already solved this but unfortunately too late high Axx late shipping INR/BBE already registered.
