usually it's 30 days for me. But sometimes i get this removed really fast by maintaining good selling activity

You must have tracking numbers on all orders + few positive feedbacks 20-40 is really good.

Act like customer of eBay.

Put some products to watch and some products in your basket.

After that call them and tell to check your selling history is good for eBay or not.

And after that you must tell customer support to remove your payouts hold because you
have good selling history.
