eBay business account asking for full SSN
 

This should be mentioned when signing up for a stealth LLC/business account.

If it's a single member LLC, eBay STILL sends the 1099k to the individual SSN/owner of the business. It's in their policy. They are requesting my full SSN after I pass $5000 in sales. Even tho I used my EIN and have a $500k/month limit on my business account.

I just went thru the process of creating a business stealth account only to now discover this....

If anyone has a possible solution, please help. It looks like a corporation or partnership are exempt to this, and eBay instead sends the 1099k to the EIN. As a single member LLC, I seem ****ed. I cannot use my father's full SSN because he claims disability and one of the conditions for it is he's not allowed to work.

Also I cannot edit my business type on eBay. The option does not exist.
