Hello

I have problem in submitting an item in my store and I get this

I have this problem about 3 months

MESSAGE:
"In order to ensure a safe marketplace for all, eBay will periodically
review the accounts of members who are actively trading with multiple
userids. While we do this, we are placing a short hold on your accounts.
At this time, please contact eBay Customer Support at
cbtquestions@ebay.com and provide a list of all of your eBay userids. We
will review your account(s) and contact you to let you know when the
hold has been lifted or if we need additional information. Thank you."

I sent 15 email s and 20 calls to eBay and no body help me to solve the problem.

Please i need helo.You have any suggestions or ideas to solve this problem.

If i create new account with new paypal account?

Wow how do they know how many user ids you have? You must not have read the Ebay Stealth Book. Also are you using inkfrog or auctiva?

Sounds to me like they have made a link to something but are hoping he will spill the beans on what all accounts he has so then they know and can ban him or whatever. Reads as if he 'tells all' he'll be reinstated no problem.....doubt that will happen though - be careful

Have never seen this before.

Are you funneling multiple ebay id's into 1 paypal. If so do those id's all have matching information?

Im guessing ebay may be wanting to see if they can trip you up.
