Payoneer visual verification problem
 

I have been creating multiple accounts on eBay for a long time without any problems. However, recently Payoneer has been asking me for visual ID verification. I have tried many things but I could not get past this visual verification. I cannot understand why. Previously it only wanted me to send ID information but now it wants visual ID verification. I do not understand if I am making a mistake while creating an account or if there is something else. Is there anyone who can overcome this problem?

I didn't do anything different, it seems like time will tell if this is a temporary situation or a permanent situation. I think it has been implemented in some countries recently. Some topics have been created here but there has been no update since then. I've been trying to figure out what's triggering it but the result is the same.

I suspect they will be doing it with all countries that are considered high risk

Now payoneer have system problem? I have pass visual verify many account but on this week all is stuck in under review.

Has anyone dealt with Etsy Visual Verification (Persona) in cases where there is no contact with the account owner?

In most cases with Payoneer, there is always a real person available during the verification stage. The issue comes up when that person is no longer reachable.
