Anybody else getting MC999 for newly made seller accounts in USA?

Is anyone having any success making sellers? or is ebay still being very strict at the moment?

im surprised youre saying this if u have a UK flag

i know some ppl who are having success in UK and not getting these.

This MC999 is just for me at USA
