Registering Process

I got the VISA gift card, picked out a new name, I opened a phoneline through Aimphoneline.com, Opened a New email address, i recorded all info that is related to this account, like birthday, phone number, etc.

I am going tomorrow to open this new account at the library. Is there anything i am missing??

I will be opening an auctiva account also at the same time. So if i got this straight i can use the auctiva from my couch instead of going to the library everytime i want to put listings in?

I can take new pictures and upload them on to my home computer usb drive then transfer it to my auctiva account and there will be no way that they can link my home computer right?

I will also be opening a Google Checkout account. I can use my real name and use this for multiple accounts if need be with no worries?

Thanks for answering these before i head off tomorrow to get this done. I dont want to leave any stones unturned.

It sounds good so far. Have you tried bidpay or any other merchant accounts before going into checkout?

Killed by Ebay 10-23-2007 11:07 PM

no i havent....what is more convenient and unlinkable to ebay? and better with fees?

i just read in a forumn above this one that some guy was gettin 80% of his customers denied by bidpay

With everyone opening accounts at the library, eBay will soon start banning libraries' computers from signing up :D

aspkin 10-23-2007 11:31 PM

Aye, bidpay works and doesn't work. It works because eBay accepts it, but then they're really strict with payments. SOme users are doing well them Bidpay and others are having trouble. There are other options I'll talk about later in the FAQ section.

google checkout is awesome and its free

https://checkout.google.com/sell/

aspkin 10-23-2007 11:51 PM

As soon as possible. I have only 10 more pages of threads to go through, and I'll start putting it together.

Google Checkout will work also. Just takes a bit more work though.
