1099k name
 

Hello,
I have a Single Member LLC with ein on my ebay account. The past years the 1099k was issued under my personal ssn and not the ein on the 1099k. But this year they put the LLC name and EIN number on the 1099k.
How do I fill out my taxes for this? before I would always just attach a schedule C form 1040 with my personal name.

If you do single member LLC it should still show under your business name. I just got mine from eBay and it shows exactly as shown in the business details, the business name, and my business address on file.

Sole prop should show your personal name.

Edit: just read this, its the same process I hope you know. 1099k is just the doc reported to IRS so they know how much you're making.

one copy comes to you and one copy goes to IRS,IRS will add it to your reported income.
You should just report it on your 1040 income tax return
