Have 2-3 items listed on a 1 week old business account still can't see selling limit

Simple solution:

On your eBay home page, click the "Help & Contact" link at the very top of the page.

In the "How can we help you today?" box, type in limits.

Your selling limits will magically appear.

Your flag shows you are in the USA - right? Why not use hotspot wifi or other dynamic IP providers - just fyi
