Has anyone opened a virtual card on payoneer?
 

I have a third world country payoneer account that's attached to a very good stealth account on eBay.

Is it safe to open a virtual card on payoneer or will I have to give a bunch of additional information?

Has anyone done it seems pretty easy and for some reason eBay is wanting me to upload another seller cost payment even though pioneer is attached and works I don't understand that part but I just figured this might be an easy way to do that

They emailed me back and confirmed it's a glitch they fixed.

eBay is dumb

if Ebay is asking for another payment account besides your Payoneer account,what good is a virtual Paynoneer card,is it a debit or credit card?
why dont you get one and come back and tell us how it works with your Ebay account?

Seems easy enough to get - but in your real info...not in stealth info since that would be problematic if discovered...

Ebay wants another payment method besides her Payoneer account,which tells me Ebay does not trust Payoneer,so if she is adding another Payoneer product,what would does it do for Ebay?
Most of us just add our bank account or a bank issued credit card,EBay never ask us for a second method as backup.

Feels like OP is not based in the USA so doesn't have access to ton of banks - third world country was mentioned...

It was just a glitch in eBay side.
I was just curious if the virtual card requires anything like ID
But I'll wait untill I absolutely need it

To open a virtual card you need to receive at least $500 to your Payoneer account. Its pretty easy to open no additional info required. Payoneer card is very convenient thing in my opinion. You can add it to paypal or even to Apple pay/Google pay and pay in local stores.

He is asking if he can apply for a Payoneer virtual card to add to his Ebay seller account as second payment method.
Right now,he has his Payoneer account linked to his Ebay account,Ebay wants another .
