Ebay/AMZN retail arbitrage

I bought an item from an Ebay seller,it arrived the next day from AMZN.
Then the seller entered an USPS tracking number,so I thought it was strange,why did she do that?
Today,her tracking shows it has been delivered to me,but I do not have it.
Her USPS tracking shows it was scanned in CA,and finally arrived at my local post office today and then delivered to me?

Clarification - the USPS tracking number is valid on the website? It doesn't seem like it's generated f*ke if it's at your local post office...

That's quite odd indeed - the only real way of knowing wth is going on is to message the seller...could be an opportunity of learning and saving some $ if something shady is going on...(think about it)

Brother, you are one of the oldest members on this forum, how do you not know this? Well you figured it out yourself. Also the item arrived, so what are you trying to figure out?

No site can access amazon tracking TBA's, so if someones dropshipping, once they confirm the buyer received the item from amazon, they generate a tracking number thats delivered to the same city so it shows delivered.

Man I cannot stand people like OP. Literally losers with no life looking for drama. If you think you can get it for cheaper then return it. But how much of a loser do you have to be over like $5 difference. Jesus Christ!
