If you have an asian ebay account with payoneer attached can you sell on ebay.com? for example if your customers are mainly US buyers?

It depends on the country

Some can list directly on eBay.com others need to be approved for it

China ebay sellers seems to get away with pretty much everything, so I'd guess you'd have a pretty decent shot at making that work most places in asia. From my side in the US, I see so many China sellers doing so many naughty things on ebay.com and never getting burned for it, that seems to be the way to play it if you can for longevity.

as far as i know. SriLanka eBay account doesnt let us list on eBay US, you need approval for it.

how are they getting away with so much things? do you know how they operate? how do they work, do you have any information?

Yep so for example

Sri Lanka - that cannot list directly on eBay.com - you need it to get pre-approved (this wasnt always the case)

Ukraine however can list directly on eBay.com

Both can link a Payonner for cashing out to the eBay account

Ukraine ebay can list on Ebay.com but it seems that ebay MP is stricter with card address than before MP, address needs to match

I am not sure if anyone knows if a US ebay account can post items to a non us site like ebay.ca or ebay.co.uk as well?

i believe the registration info must match the specific country and certain countries do not allow easy transfer between the two?

Yes - I have multiple us ebay accounts which do log on to .ca and .co.uk and I sell on those
