Simple delivery question
HI,
simple delivery ensures sellers and buyers are protected to a certain extent, especially if seller ships to buyers address with the recommended pre paid label.
so my question is this?
if a seller ships out using the pre paid label with the buyers right address on the label... and the seller cheekily uses the option on the pre paid label to "deliver to neighbour or safe place" knowing they did not send out the right item.
Due to "simple delivery" rules, would this be classified as "delivered" and the bogus seller could potentially win the case and have all negative feedbacks removed....just asking for a friend
