Creating on mobile then logging in no cookies on Desktop
 

I create some accounts on mobile then eventually transfer to a desktop.

Does anyone know how to get cookies out of a mobile browser?

From my understanding you cannot. If this is the case, is it ok to just log into the eBay account normally on a new user account on desktop with ZERO cookies?

Or will this redflag the account?

It is not a red flag, you have do it at some point.

How many people do you think do this exact thing? Probably a lot because mobile shopping is more popular than desktop is nowadays.

If you have no cookies, log in via desktop then start making bunch of changes that would classify as a red flag IMO, but otherwise no.

Cookieless logins on desktop are likely to be caught by security checks (especially phone verification). If you have access to phone numbers, that's fine too. Go slow; you won't trigger red flags in a natural, secure browser view.

Actually if you’re that worried, a nice workaround is do a hotspot from the same IP currently on your phone with the same IP on desktop. Use that for like a week, then change it to your stable static IP

after seller creation, when is a good time to switch over to browser? after 1 month aged?

When you create the account confirm the email address, then when you log into the account it will ask for email confirmation, then boom... I assume?

There's is no real recommendation on a time period for switch - the IP solution provided above is a good transition, otherwise if you get asked for sms text confirmation, you should have the working number when you try for a browser login.

I called yesterday to appeal a feedback and before the agent ended up appealing the claim for me, she asked if I could receive a text to the number on file. Then read back the code. I was calling from the number which is a cell phone so it wasn't a problem, however I've never been asked that before.

So thats something new.

Makes no odds just build up once on the PC eg place a small order to a previously used address using the same payment method. Don't change 2+ things at the same time. New device + change of delivery address is a flag. Also its more about fingerprinting. If you create too many accounts in the same manner ebay can even cross-device fingerprint.

After successfully creating on mobile and the seller account is not getting suspended or MC999,

How soon do you think is good for me to log in for the first time on my anti detect browser and start using that?

Some people say age it 30 days, but isnt that a little too overkill?

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a method that’s worked well for me. It's a bit different from the typical approach.

I start by creating a new eBay account on an Android device. After some time, I create a listing directly from the Android just to let the account breathe and warm up.

If everything looks good and the account seems stable, I then log in from a Windows PC and begin using the account from both devices. Once cookies and session data begin to build up on Windows, I also create listings from there.

This way, I gradually build browser cookies and trust on both platforms, and it feels like a natural progression of usage from eBay’s perspective. So far, this method has helped me avoid many of the common red flags and early bans.

Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone else does something similar!

Nice this seems like a very organic and natural way a user would transition to a PC device if made on an android.

I also create on an android device.


Can you elaborate on how your timeline looks like?
Like how many days from creation on adroid to listing your first item?

That’s exactly the point the key is not to follow a fixed timeline.
You’ll often see advice like create a listing after 7 days or wait 14 days before doing anything, but that’s a mistake.

What really works is keeping things random and unpredictable.
Sometimes I create a listing after just a few days, sometimes I wait longer. Sometimes I log in and do nothing, sometimes I browse around a bit.

The important thing is to avoid any patterns don’t repeat the same behavior every time. That way it looks much more natural.

reactivates usually come after you list an item and ebay deems the account high risk

Yes, that’s right , I only use Android.
From my experience, the results are much better this way compared to using anti-detect browsers or VDS setups, and I don’t get those reactivation messages.

i made one using a mobile phone, use it for a few days, then switch to a desktop WITH cookies
