eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - What happened to EBay US accounts for sale?

I think yobar sells them but his logic doesn't make sense... they're supposedly "free" why yobar doesn't just charge $250 per account and move on it confusing to me. but oh well. others will chime in soon hopefully

Could be due to the amount of verification/suspension issues after account creation along with reinstatement and proof needed...more of a hassle these days
