Does it still work like before? Or it does not work anymore?

I remember when having the Paypal funds from your sales you just use it or forward it to an account where you can withdraw. This is still same principle? Its just that Payoneer is now the payment service?

Define "like before" - which year are you referring to?

eB no longer uses PP for sales funding - they use Managed Payments - straight to bank account...

I was out when eBay managed payments was introduced and Paypal was out. Here in our country it is required to have a Payoneer account where sales payments go. The fees are automatically deducted and goes to your Payoneer account. 21 days hold on new accounts too.

I tried to do a stealth eBay account early this year however Payoneer requires a facial recognition AI stuff that I can't pass.

Not sure if buying an eBay account with verified Payoneer will work.

I'm assuming a UK or USA account right?
I'd say go to the marketplace here in the forum and send a DM to the seller.

I know ROsanna sells both accounts, and she's an old member here, I'm sure she can help.

Yes, however not sure if it will work if items are coming from my country.
