Family and Friend Accounts

When buying family and friend accounts that are currently established how long should one wait before changing information? Or is it best to have the friend delete the account and start fresh with your information already set? Thank you.

I think it’s best to keep using the account with your friend’s details—just change the linked bank account to yours.

Tax ID is the biggest I'm worried about that and the bank details.
