Can I use EIN IMMEDIATELY after getting it?
 

Yo. So i'm working on my stealth account and want to know is there a grace period you guys wait for after getting your ein?
I had to wait a week for my llc to be approved to get the ein but is the ein number able to be used immediately???

Mainly trying for ebay but also etsy / mercari if possible.

Also on new stealth account whats the max you would put for a new listing? like $20 max?
And how many sales per month like 1 for 1st month then 2 for next month then 3 after that and so on?

Also do you think it makes any difference if i use a bank account thats not a business banking that uses my social and not my ein vs making a new bank account specifically with the new ein? Is there any real trade offs for that?

Afaik as far as the IRS is concerned, it should be usable immediately...

Just letting you know to be patient with future posts - some people may not know or wise people may not be checking forum a lot - like many businesses, i'd say to wait 48-72 hours before following-up...

You should really read on the stealth guide my friend.

ABout how much to list I'd do $10-$20 1 item the first week, get your feedback then list a little more, rinse and repeat for a month.
