I think this reflects a broader pattern with people in general. Most people do not like being told they are wrong, and when they are, they are often willing to retaliate by leaving a negative, playing the victim, or pretending they were wronged. Some of them are professional victims. They probably blame everyone but themselves in their personal lives too. eBay is just another outlet for that behavior. | Lol, I literally just had a freak on Poshmark and I called her exactly that.
Lonely. Of course that only made her troll me more, but I think I hit a nerve because she didn't return the items she lied about in the process.
People get defensive. The best way to handle such people is get more angry than them at the situation. However, the saying "the customer is always right", is possibly the dumbest quote known to mankind.
