Ebay Account Advice

Hi. I have an ebay.com account but want to sell my locally available items in the UK (returns from another store).

Is it at all possible to list the UK items on my ebay.com store with a location address in the UK or EU country, with expedited shipping to the UK/EU while somehow leaving out shipping to the US or making it very unaffordable.

Can't list on ebay.co.uk because I need a VAT number I believe.

You can exclude countries from shipping - it is doable.

you can exclude USA on all listings outside ebay.com , on ebay.com USA is mandatory

Correct - actually for all platforms, you can't exclude the actual country of that platform - like ebay.ca, you can exclude Canada...
