No more Live chat in ebay?
 

Ebay used to have the option to chat with real agent but now all I can find is to have them call you. Is there no more live chat or they hid it somewhere not easy to find?

Maybe it's on a per account basis. tbh it's probably better to call at this point, rather than have AI respond to you. At this point it's definitely not going to be a "real agent" talking to you on any kind of chat.


I'm not going to dig deep enough to find out but yeah I can see where the contact-support-flow looks way different.. now that you mentioned it. I try to stay away from that part of the website, lol.

Seems to me the live chat was more accessible, now I do see the call option most frequently.

Live chat seems to have gone the way of the dodo...if a live agent truly is needed, the call option is to be used.
