What are your hopes and plans as an ebay seller for 2026?

sell more, sell less, stop selling all together?

Sell more but I feel I must be more crafty about it...

Maintain sales under the radar (less than £3000/month per account).
Focus on turning losing products profitable. Keep the VA team happy.
And hopefully build an extension of our own for listing items / monitoring prices etc.

Hope this year we don't have any annoying issues.

Nothing for 2026, I dont sell full time anymore. I make enough from the apartments buildings to only work partime, 24hr per week to keep from going crazy at my age *29, born in 1980.

My master plan is to use feedbacks on eBay and other markets to show in my website. A competitive advantage most cannot prove or show. They're just shell websites. Marketplaces actually provide an avenue for 3rd party proof of feedback. I know many websites who are my competitors that recently opened eBay stores, they get bad reviews. And I know some listings are getting reported.

Never doubt when it comes to playing eBay we're always in hard mode. When venture outside it, things seem a bit less complicated. Those who do it in reverse though don't get it, don't pay attention detail. I pay attention to ever tiny detail because I have always had too. Like most here do as well.

Ebay is doing good for me.

I don't think Rsot is gay, but it's getting harder to determine these days with western men. They have lisps, carry tote bags, rocking Freddie Mercury style moustaches, skull caps, walk in a 'mincey' manner, read The Guardian, and watch Netflix.
