If you get a Vero take-down from years ago, does it ban the whole brand or just the specific item/model you sold?

Well,I find it rather amusing to read all you folks posts,call it entertainment,but lately it is getting old !
I figure many of you dont really have much to sell,but need to sell,the time and tricks you folks come up with stealth this and stealth that,it is better to find a job ,the factory is complaining they cant find someone for a job worth $150,000.
Since Trump has or just about have thrown all the wetbacks out,you folks should be able to find a job easily paying $45K and up.
I am semi retired,I can do anything I like,I should travel to Argentina,or Paris or see Africa,but I loathe to pack and get on a plane,thats why I am here.
Good luck to all of you,Ebay is no longer old Ebay,you can list a piece costing 85 cents and get a final bid of $80,those days are gone,find something else to do.
As for SAX4,I thought it is a she,but now it looks like it is he,a wino,so his chance of finding a mate is better,find a rich widow,so he does not have to work anymore.
Now I have to turn off the Tv set,enough Markle and $400 silver,thats getting old as well.

I have had two brands harass me all 2025 through automated 3rd party reporting. Ebay is far more lenient now than they ever used to be. I don't know the brand you are talking about but from my experience you can continue selling the brand.

The problem you have is the brand still reporting you. If its years ago they likely forgot or don't have you targeted. Some brands notoriously report on eBay though so if its one of these they will just report you again by default.

Always difficult to say 100% with eB - you're going to have to trial and experiment...I would say tread lightly and have back-up accounts going

Was my major fear. Currently just calculating my risk and reward with account health and the products.

The vero was for a brand of sandals. But that has been at least two years. The brand is the same, but the shoe model is different.

If the brand reported a single listing, it will take down only the specific listing.
If they reported all of the items you sell that are their brand, it will take down all of them.
