Bank account locked
 

It seems that banks have become even more sensitive nowadays, they have locked an account for doing nothing out of the ordinary like when I was setting up verifications and what not.

Not only that I think they are incompetent enough that verifications were sent to an old device rather than the newly registered one.

6 hours on the phone for nothing, went to the branch to get it sorted.
Phne CS told me to go to the branch and branch told me to call CS....

I was so mad I went back to the branch and told them I'm not leaving until it's sorted and they did it in 5 minutes.

What a waste of damn time

So.. a UK bank? Because nobody in the US gets things sorted :lol:


Sorry to hear about that, regardless. It happened to me twice when I first got into selling. I think the first thread I ever made here was me freaking out about adding a new bank account to my stealth PP, after BofA closed my accounts with them. I did what anyone would judge to be "structured withdrawals" from that account over a couple months so in hindsight I totally understand why they did it.

Nope, USA bank.

It's actually not mine....

He ended up making another bank account with BoA and not only did they close his account, he went to the branch multiple times only to have the manager told him that the AI told the people in the back office to not reopen the account because it couldn't VERIFY his identity.

what gives
